Technical Assistance Request Form

We understand how important it is to get the issue resolved. To help us assist you in a prompt and efficient manner please be so kind as to have this information ready:

  1. Pictures or Video(s) demonstrating the issue experienced, along with a brief explanation
  2. The door ID# is in the owner’s manual (orange envelope with your door at the time of delivery), on the top of the Main door, or on the lowest PVC cover behind the Lovum logo plate.
  3. Name of the Vendor you purchase the door from if known
  4. Date of purchase, if known.
  5. Your name, contact details, and address.

For your records, please keep the claim number generated after you submit the form.
