Pultrum is a new advanced composite material with unequal properties that bestow high thermal energy performance, strength equal to steel, virtually unaffected by extreme hot/cold weather, resistant to cracking, splitting, corrosion, shrinking, and stretching, with practically zero water absorption.

We specialize in standard and custom folding doors and windows. There are three configurations to choose from: Slide-n-Pivot Folding Door, a Flag Door (Window and door combination), and the Corner Door (in-corner or out-corner) where two folding door systems meet at a 45-degree angle. The standard NET heights are 80", 85", and 95". Standard doors are available in panel counts of one to eight. There are four panel sizes: 30.1", 34.6", 38.1", and 40".  Please refer to the size reference table for available options.

Standard doors are limited to 8 panels. Custom doors can have an unlimited number of panels.

There is no restriction on the number of panels that can be incorporated into our folding door system for any given opening. Each panel operates independently, enabling us to accommodate and supply as many panels as necessary to cover exceptionally large openings, provided they are structurally sound and safe. 

The maximum width of a panel is relative to the height of the system.  

Our production capabilities allow us to tailor our door system according to your preferences in size, color, and glass type, provided the maximum height doesn’t exceed 10 ft. Under normal conditions, completion takes 8 – 10 weeks; however, this can vary depending on the availability of the materials and specific requirements of the order. Yes. We offer a pleated screen that stacks to the side of the opening on the inside of hte door. There are three options to select from:

• Insect screen
• Privacy/Blackout shade
• Combination Insect Screen//Privacy/Blackout shade

We are looking to introduce the impact door in the early summer of 2024 and our Hurricane (Dade County) door in the late summer of 2024.

Our standard in-stock colors are Black, Espresso, and White. Two-tone (one color on the interior with another on the exterior) is available on all doors at no extra cost.  Color options

All units are tempered double-glazed, I-89/366 filled with Argon. In 2024, we will introduce in our custom range impact glass for our Impact/Hurricane Folding Door. This lock is incredibly secure, providing fail-safe protection, which means the door system will remain locked even during a power outage. It has a backup battery for operation and a quick exit button inside the door for easy release. The lock is designed to be vandal-proof and waterproof. You have multiple options to operate it, including using up to 8 digits, fingerprints, cards, or remotely through Bluetooth using your phone. YES, we have a modern low-profile handle to match the finish of standard colors (black, espresso, white) with a key entry or interior knob option. Handle options

A bottom-rolling door system distributes the weight of the panels to the bottom track; the top track serves as a guide. A bottom-rolling system is more stable and reliable, operates smoothly, creates a strong weather seal, is easier to install, and doesn’t require an engineered header to support its weight; it can be easily retrofitted into an existing opening that formerly held sliding patio, French, pocket or bifold doors

Due to high demand for our doors, our current lead time is 14 - 16 weeks. Our objective is to make a quality door every time; we add a week to our production time to inspect, repair, and record each door before it is ready for delivery; lead times start when the Authorized Vendor submits the order with its respective down payment. Lead times do not include delivery or installation. Delivery times may change without notice due to sudden changes by a provider.
